entitle to get 5 points.

2. Each point equivalent to RM 1.

3. The points can be accumulated

and there will be no expired

date for the point.

4. Minimum redemption points is 30 points

5. RAPP points are only redeemable

ReefAltech.

6. RAPP points are not to be

used to decrease the price

for ordered item.

7. The following items are not

included in the points

calculation:

-Delivery charges

-Repair & service charges

8. RAPP points earned are not

exchangeable or redeemable

for cash.

9. RAPP points earned are non-

transferable, sellable or

assignable to other persons.

10. ReefAltech do not responsible

for the delivery charges on

redemption products.

11. Upon RAPP's acceptance of

the redemption order, it may

not be revoked, cancelled,

returned or exchanged.

12. RAPP reserves the rights to

replace the redemption

products with other equal

value products in case of

stock deficiency.
